We believe that being a faithful steward is simply:

Doing what God wants with what has been given us.

Most importantly God has given us life, and new life in Jesus Christ.  To do the most with that valuable trust we invite you to Connect with God in worship, Grow with us in Christian nurture and discipleship, and Reach with us to serve in Christian missions.

Cheerful Giving

What does it mean to give?

Scripture reminds us nothing really belongs to us.  We are only "stewards" or caretakers of all that belongs to God.   This perspective changes our priorities on how we spend and invest money, time and talents.

Randy Alcorn wrote a small book, The Treasure Principle: Discovering the Secret of Joyful Giving. Here are six principles from Alcorn's book:

  1. God owns everything. I am God's money manager.
  2. My heart always goes where I put God's money.
  3. Heaven, not Earth, is my home.
  4. I should live for the line (eternity), not the dot (short life on earth).
  5. Giving is the only antidote for materialism.
  6. God prospers me not to raise my standard of living, but to raise my standard of giving.

Giving to God is our expression of love. It is hard to comprehend just how much God has given to us as He pours out blessings on us each and every day.  We invite you to determine the ways you show God your gratitude.
